All concepts, drawings, renders and BOQs we create remain the intellectual property of AI Design Co. You may use them for your own home; you may not resell them or hand them to another firm to execute without our written consent.
Pay only through official AI Design Co channels — our Razorpay checkout or our official company account. Never pay any individual directly. Payments made elsewhere are not recognised by AI Design Co.
AI budget estimates are indicative. Final prices are confirmed in a written itemised BOQ before any work begins.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
